I am cutting back my # of lifts per week any thoughts on what would be the best way to construct my lifts if I were only to perform them 2x a week??
I am not looking to gain any size or strength just maintain what I have. Any thoughts would be great!!:)

I personally would do two full body workouts a week. Here is the sticky on setting it up

Yes. Two full body sessions would be my suggestion. :)

Maybe check out NROL (original or "for women") or the new Rachel Cosgrove book, Female Body Breakthrough.
