View Full Version : What do to when you are between weights

If I am doing an incline chest press for example (but same ? for any exercise) say I am to do 10 reps of that exercise. Say I could do 13 at 20 pounds and 9 at 25 pounds...what do you do?

Is it better to decrease the rep or increase the weight???

General rule of thumb is bump the weight.
