Hi everyone! Well I've been reading a lot of the posts here for the last couple weeks and am really excited to be part of the LBC team.
I have been competing in fitness for the last 5 years and am definitely suffering the effects of over cardio-ing, under eating in the 'on season' and then going through bad rebounds and weight gain in the 'off season'. I really want to keep competing but need to find a better way to do it.
My last show was just over 3 weeks ago and with the help of Erik I'm optimistic that I can make some good improvements this off season... and not get too fat! :)
I'm off for a short holiday this week so will officially be starting my new program on the weekend... I am not a big forum poster usually but maybe I'll try starting a training journal. My next competition will be the BC provincials in July 2011.
