1 or 2 tsp olive oil mixed with 1 tsp balsamic vinegar is enough for a big salad or a cup of vegies. I can combine them in a little screw top container and pack it in my lunch bag or I can put it in my handbag if I go out to dinner.

I use Maple Grove's Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette most of the time. I also use salsa!

Usually I make my own (1 T EVOO, 2 T Balsalmic vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, salt & pepper), but I also like Annie's Naturals Gingerly Vinaigrette.

I do this sometimes as well. My hubby always makes fun of me to!

Make my own. EVOO, balsamic (a very good one...not the cheap stuff), crushed garlic, bit of salt and pepper, bit of sugar. I can't stand bottled dressings. Puke.

Very simple, olive oil and a good amount of vinegar. Love it :)

I like Ruth's Balsamic Hemp Dressing. 24 cals, 2.5 g carb and 1.5 g fat per tbsp.

Anything from Annie's Naturals is good too. Love the Goddess Dressing but it's 13 grams of fat per serving!! Only 1 g carb though..

I use that Wishbone Italian stuff that you spray on. It has 1 calorie per spray. I'm addicted.

I use olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Sometimes I use a garlic and herb flavoring mix. Pampered Chef makes these spray bottles that you can fill with your own oil so I spray on my olive oil for better coverage and less total amount used.

As an aside here, can I just tell you that it took my like a month to figure out what EVOO was? Sometimes I am just so dense.

I use olive oil and balsamic. I count it as part of my fat for the day.
