Hi Everyone!

I started with Erik about 2 weeks ago when I decided to tackle another figure competition ( Nov 6th 2010) I am very excited to have Erik handle my food and training ( yipee)

I own 2 fitness bootcamps in Durham , have 2 dogs and I own a husband

Is anyone else doing the IDFA Nov 6th show? I am new to online training and so far I love it ; no politics ...:icanthearyou: Alleluiah
