for a maintainance routine along with eating at maintainance. I did one workout this morning and liked it mainly because it was short and sweet. It is summer and my focus isn't on lifting but I want to keep my current condition. I would also do 2-3 days of some cardio.

I see no prob' w/ it as long as you are eating at mantainance. But, why more cardio?

But, why more cardio? I like to do a little cardio just for the endorphins. It keeps me sane.

Which means it's a cookie-cutter routine that's all T-Magged out with a lot of big words, but not a lot of thought put into it.

I wouldn't do FBFL then. I would try something different.
You'll probably find yourself losing weight doing FBFL and 2-3 cardio sessions. It depends on the intensity/legnth of your cardio.
