I suppose I can stop stalking for a moment and introduce myself... :wave: My story is much like many here. I'm a 28 year old married mother of 2. Moved to Hemet almost 2 years ago, by way of MD/NC.
As a collegiate athlete fitness was easy. After my first little person, a piece of cake. However, as life happened (getting married, having a second little person, hernia repair, hubby's recent injuries; RPG) I found it harder and harder to manage my fitness on my own. While in denial, I let myself go and refused to seek help. When I finally did, I got trainers who half-a$$ed their training and pacified their clients, which led to absolutely nothing but a waste of time and money.
I had been checking the LBC site and another for a little while not knowing which was going to be the most straightforward and honest. Interestingly, I have also been following a few athletes on BB.com, Facebook, and the like, and Erik's name come up on more than one occasion. I decided to write... His responses were quick, thorough, and straightforward; NO PACIFYING! I made the choice to give him 100% trust from the beginning of this endeavor and anxiously await getting started.
