I need to meet a carb goal of 200g on my refeed day  . Any suggestions? What do you eat?
200g on a refeed? thats not much.
you could easily stick to clean carbs- i.e oats, sweet or red potatoes, brown rice, etc etc. higher amounts of carbs its a bit more difficult to use those complex carbs for the entire refeed due to higher fiber content, etc.

That's what I was thinking too...I have anywhere from 240-260 on my high carb days..
what are your "normal days" like for carbs?
forgot ask that as well- current weight, length of diet, what kind of diet(ie carb intake, calories, etc). alot is variant upon those answers :)

And length of refeed. I've heard of some pretty short ones...200g carbs in 5hrs would be different from a full day (or das).

I like to make burritos with tortillas, beans, and rice along with the normal chicken and veggies. Combining those three gives you a pretty hefty amount of carbs in one meal.

Supposed to have refeed every 7 days - last 5hrs of the day.
Any low fat carb.
Higher GI/lower fiber carbs tend to be easier in terms of getting lots of carbs in. I always do bagels, cereal, and baked chips.
