Is this a good PWO choice?

Not sure how it is as a carb source but if I recall correctly, it's made out of soy protein which isn't really a quality protein source (though maybe eating it with milk would make up for that, I don't really know)

Just wondering... is Vector aviable in the US? And if so, where could one get it?

If I recall correctly, Vive cereal in the US is somewhat similar but Vector is better IMO.

It may be off topic, but just FYI, the Kellogs' Vector product are not considered as cereal. At least, not in Canada and in the U.S., it's considered more as a meal replacement from the FDA standard. They contain vitamin and minerals and some other additives.

Vive cereal are different than Vector, there is soy added.

Just an ''FYI'' :)
