... i've had a terrible day nutritionally speaking and have pretty much cheated away all my calories. :( I have read many articles about dietary displacement (skipping regular meals to accomodate cheats) and know that from a nutritional standpoint I should just pick up and eat my next nutritious meal. However, there is that little voice in my head that says... "don't eat another bite :finger: , start again tomorrow".I will probably cut out my remaining carbs (except veg's) and fat, and only eat my protein.

How many of you guys/gals are guilty of this, and what do you typically do? Eat your next meals (I have two left), or fast and start again tomorrow? Just curious what everyones habits are...

I usually eat the next meal unless i am so full that another bite would make me sick....but not sure if that is the best thing to do

I used to do this, but have overcome it now for the most part. I would skip out the carbs and get the protein and EFA for the rest of the day, but again it depends
