View Full Version : Four Weeks of Accountability

Erik

Ok, so let's do it! Who's in?

Four weeks at 100%. Today was my Day 1 so I'm three meals in. I remember last year the difference four weeks at 100% made for me relative to four weeks at 90-95% - very significant.

So I figure I'll START it out this way instead of finishing it out this way.

Hi been a long time since I have been here but I'll do it too. Actually on day 3.
Been keeping a journal in my food log so that I write about what is going on with me when I want to go off plan.

Working on changing my actions of eating off plan by stopping and looking at why . Carry it everywhere, I mean every where.:o

Soo.. I'm in

Just have to get used to feeling hungry sometimes......

Morning all

Refeed tomorrow, planned . Are carmel mini rice cakes ok? I mean because of the sugar.Other carbs oatmeal, sweet potato mixed vegs. Want to stay on that type of vein because the other stuff ( bagels, baked chips, ice cream etc) triggers my addictive eating.

Including the mini rice cakes i have about 220g carbs planned. Weight @167, 5'9" last weigh in.

I think so - my plan has one weekly cheat allotted. So that is still "on plan" in my book!

Ok then I'm really considering doing this. :scared: It's been more than a year since my last 4 weeks straight on plan. I've managed to quasi-maintain though (and even lost some during the holidays) and I'm only a couple of lbs away from goal; 4 weeks straight of no messing around would definitely take care of that.

If I decide to go for it, I will start this Friday and go 30 days through Feb 19.

Still in and on track with my caloric goals. And down 3.8lbs! Wow! It's gotta be the gluten...?

Not meeting my exercise goals. Have not worked out since before vacation! Lost my shuffle and earbuds and didn't want to workout without them (and not feeling so good from eating crap on vacation). Lol.

Spin class today.

Everyone surviving the weekend?

Awesome! Why do you find weekends to be the easiest...?

Awesome! Why do you find weekends to be the easiest...?

Well - when I am not working, they are the easiest. I am in complete control of my schedule on the weekends. During the week I have less control over when and where I eat during the work day (depending on who I am having lunch with) and more things that have to get accomplished.

For the same reasons I find it really easy to stick with my plan on vacation - zero obligations frees me up to exercise when I want for however long I want and to make food choices with only me in mind.

Downtime has never meant mindless eating to me though.

Interesting. I generally do better on weekdays.

Still 100% here! Did sprints today.

Really wanted to buy my "ice cream" today, but I resisted! Keeping cals under 1800.

Ok - I'm here ... working on maintenance, as I'm not "dieting" yet. BUT brownies, baked goods and extra servings were getting out of hand in the past couple of weeks - WTHeck man!?!?!

ANyhoooo - Been ON PLAN since Monday and feeling better already :) Making cleaner choices and reminding myself that dinner is not a pig out session.

Tonight will be heavy on fat, our scout group is working a church dinner - homemade Corned Beef and all the fixins :cheat: So my daytime menu will be very low fat to save up for it :)

Saturday into Sunday will be somewhat out of my control also. We are winter camping in a big group. Others are supplying the food, but I will have some of my own stuff (hopefully gluten free)

AFTER that, things are in my own control for long while! :)

Good Luck Everyone!!!
