Hello to everyone! I'm brand spanking new to all of this. I just started working out about a year ago (ive always been skinny fat) and just a few months ago I decided to up my personal goals...compete. I know it's going to be a long road...it has been.

I'm doing this all on my own by reading expert advice, blogs, QnAs and anything else I can possibly soak up. I hope to learn from others on these forums.
