These are SOOOO good, they taste like cheating
3 scoops BSN chocolate pudding protein
3 scoops Dymatize XT Chocolate Brownie Protein
1 tbsp baking soda
3 Tbsp Dark chocolate cocoa (no sugar added kind)
1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup skim milk (can use water if needed to fit into plan, but it doesn't taste quite as good)
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min
They are awesome with a little bit of PB ( or PB2 if PWO)
