So ive been doing Ts FBR for a while not and really want to switch to an upper/lower split and see it I get better results....Ive searched and seen so many peoples different routines to be critiqued....can somebody possible post theres that really works all the right muscles on each day? Id appreciate it so much, Im trying to gain mass. I am small at 5'5 and about 100 lbs, and really want to gain muscle. I am upping my cals to above maintenance, and really want to see some results! :p Thanks guys
