I need one of these immediately :drool:

"Crepe filled with raspberries and cream cheese with raspberry coulis, honey and English cream"

How do I make a healthier crepe and coulis (whatever *that* is?! :oops:) and English cream?! I want it to magically taste just as I'm imagining! lol :cheat:

Well, these are not English cream but you can still have healthy crepes! I submitted this recipe (photos included lol!) to voskos greek yogurt and they published it! They are delicious! http://www.voskos.com/recipes/brunch/greek-yogurt-whole-wheat-crepes

I used to do something similar except I'd add sweetened cottage cheese to the crepes too.

Hey that was the first time for me! lol! I saw them all the time but I never order them so I was on my quest for healthy ones and modified the recipe to fit my macros. They're super easy to make!
