I'm just getting started with a new program...I'm also in the process of journaling my food for 3 days. Of course it goes into a weekend which he will not likely be impressed with. I'm excited to start a new journey with him and the rest of you.

I'm from Alberta. Is it as cold there as it is here?

It had been yeah - but today and yesterday have been fabulous! Our snow is finally starting to melt - today the sidewalks were almost all melted - SO SO nice!

Where in Alberta are you? My DH applied to residency out in Edmonton so we may be heading your way in the next few months.

RachG - I live in Drayton Valley which is only an hour outside of Edmonton. We still have a pile of snow and it's close to -30 with the windchill today. Brrr.

I'm heading to Mexico in 4 days and I can't be mire excited to leave this snow for 12 days. When I get back, I'll be ready to start my plan with Erik! Um so excited! I love reading about the progresses everyone has made.

I think knowing that I'm starting a new nutritian/training plan in a couple of weeks has made me eat more lately! I'm in the mindset that I have to get all my junk and chocolate in now because they will be gone shortly. My before pictures that I already sent to Erik might look a little different when I come back from Mexico.

Hey, Bammer40. I did the same thing too!! Knowing I'd be accountable to someone checking in on me made me panic so I ate junk every day awaiting my plan. I don't normally do that but I thought it would be my last treats for a long time and I bought mini chocolate bars. Then I started to panic waiting for my plan, thinking I'm going to be so fat if I don't get that plan soon.

I'm insane, I know. Enjoy your trip. I'm jealous. It's cold here in Wisconsin.

Good news: my trip was fantastic, loved it! We had great weather, the kids loved it and we had a great time.
Bad news: home for a day and a half, fell on ice, broke my arm in two spots. I love Alberta!

Speaking of Canadians, I'm also from the Kingston, ON area, but am now stuck out in MB...I'm tired of it, tired of winter, tired of -47 with the windchill, tired of wearing 6 layers of clothes. :ruloco: It might all change in a few months, however...i might go somewhere much warmer...
