First off thanks for any advice or suggestions I get here. I am planning on going full heartedly full out on my nutrition and training. I plan on 45 mins every other day of weight training. ( I do p90x and Chalean Extreme). Also I was doing 30-50 mins of cardio every other day as well plus 1 of those are HIIT cardio. Should I be doing cardio each day? Is it ok to do cardio in mronings and weight training in evening? Going to read forums on supplements as well for this journey. I want definition and fat loss cause the scale is not nor never been my friend so I cant rely on it.
