Hi - I wanted to introduce myeself to the forum. 4 days on Erik's plan. I am really enjoying it but finding it harder than I imagined to stick to it. I started a few days before that TOM and was having unbelievable cravings. I am surprised at how much I was actually eating, and that weighing things is really helping. It's trial and error right now but Im determined to get on track with practice and time.
