I was sure I saw a post in here somewhere about how to train without equipment but now I can't find it. I won't be able to join a gym for at least 2 weeks, but i want to continue eating clean and working out the best i can. I do have a set each of 3k, 4k, 7.5k, and 10k dumbbells I also have an exercise ball. Thats all i have. Do you have any ideas for a routine or how I can workout to makes some progress in the next 2-3 weeks?? I seriously need to post pics but I washed our only digital camera/phone not once.... but twice :suicide: so I don't know what to do now. :(
