Well, hello. I guess I have to come out of lurker mode and introduce myself. My name is Lori, I ran across this website from FB, I think. I am at the beginning stages of getting into shape and I'm not sure what my long term goal is. I'm pretty sure I don't want to compete or anything like that. But, I want to push my body and get into the best shape possible. This board is a gift from God and everyone here has so much to offer. I am reading the threads like crazy!

This IS an amazing forum - quite addictive!
(p.s. - I think you do have at least one long-term goal: getting into the best shape of your life...that's pretty long-term when you think about it!) :D

Hense why i call it a journey. 'Goal' is to enjoy the process.
