I'm on the path to learning about PWO meals. My question is how to time my meals. I eat breakfast, mid-morning snack, work out on my lunch hour, eat lunch, afternoon snack, dinner.
How would I time a PWO meal and my lunch? And should I have a snack before bed? I've read about people having casein, but I don't know much about it.
Thanks for any guidance!!

You can do something like low fat cottage cheese or greek yogourt as a pre bed meal if you want something with casein.

I don't feel like I need to have anything before bed, but read about people having something. I'll keep this in mind...thanks!
