Finally yes. Some things need more time....i was too busy all the time to prepare my meals. But after 10 months there is a kind of routine in cooking and i have found time to leave some words here:funny:

I already read some threads. The "before and after" pictures are very impressive. Erik does a good job. I am glad, that i am bulking at the moment, knowing what a diet means...

Good to see Erik doesn't work exclusively with girls and it must be exactly how you write: word of mouth works better for references from women than from men.
