Been lurking for awhile, figured I should make the plunge and introduce myself. My name is Sonya. I'm a single, 44 year old mother to the the sweetest, most wonderful, amazing boy (actaully young man) on earth, Matthew, who is 18. He is my pride and joy! I am an elelmentary school principal and I love my job!!!! (used to teach PE) I have been competing in NPC figure for 2 years. I look forward to being an active member on this site and getting to know you all and learn new things....lots of valuable info here. (of course Erik's credentials are super impressive!)
