How much water do you drink during workouts?
On a day when I'm training and doing cardio, I easily go through 1.5-2L. Seeing as how this is HALF of my water intake for the day....is this too much?

It's not too much.
Drink as much as you want. As for your daily water intake, the 1 gallon is just a guideline. You can drink more.

It depends. Rough leg days? Not so much to avoid puking all over everyone. I'd say 1L

I drink about a quart during my workouts. More if I add cardio at the end.

If I am doing HITT, I don't drink much until after because I am afraid I will vomit. Afterwards, I can drink almost a liter.
I usually have 1 L....but i don't count it in with my daily water total because I figure that I am just sweating it out!

I'm TERRIBLE for this. I only drink about one half of a liter if that while I'm working out. I'm trying though. I've been drinking more lately but it's usually after working out.

Wow, I barely drink at all during mine...but then I guzzle about a liter right before....

Usually a liter at the gym...if I'm on a training ride, 2-3L...it's the only thing that keeps my legs from cramping and cussing me out. :p

I drink anywhere from a half to a full gallon of water during the workout...
I've probably been drinking too much, as I'm rarely able to get thru my post-workout cardio without hitting the ladies' room several times. Very embarassing.
