Hello everyone. New to this site and looking forward to participating.
I'm 42, mom to 3 and grandma to 1 little man.:kiss:
I've been a runner for about 4 years now. I've done some 5ks, a 10k and last year trained for a 1/2 marathon. During the training I pulled a muscle and couldn't run but I did it walking, 3 hours 46 minutes.:shrug: I stopped running for a year and did other things a couple of bootcamps. I'm currently in training for another 10k in 7 weeks.
I'm here to work on toning up the body. The running is great for cardio but the rest of me needs some work. :o
