Since exams, my sleeping has been completely out of control. I usually need 10 hours of sleep to feel rested. If I get only six I feel like I am going to die. I feel so tired when I sleep all day (luckily I am a student and can afford this luxury because I employ myself) but should I be worried about my need for so much sleep as well as the fact that I can not sleep until it starts to get brightish out?

Are you asking how to reset your sleep cycle to sleep during the night? Or is sleeping during the day working for you? Needing 10 hours isn't so bad, unless you still feel groggy after 10. Some people just need more than others, and it changes with different phases in your life. You might be getting too much sleep, which is hard to imagine when you feel tired but your body just gets stuck in a rest cycle and doesn't want to get out of it.

To reset your sleep, what most people say is to just get on a schedule. Even if it means you can't fall asleep immediately, go to bed and get out of bed at the same time every day...weekends as well. Soon your body will get used to the schedule again...
