Hi LBCers!
Just thought I shouldn't put this off much longer, as I'm anxiously awaiting my email from Erik. I'm just over the 3 month wait list mark. I found LBC on Facebook somehow, and was so impressed by the client feedback as well as the B/A pictures, which really speak for themselves. Also, everyone is so supportive of one another in this community.
About me...I'm a married mother of 4 boys, from ages 19 to 11. I work full-time day job, and am also an AFAA certified fitness instructor. I teach Zumba at least 4 times a week- which I absolutely love and in a couple weeks I'm also getting licensed to teach Hip Hop Hustle. Needless to say, I love to dance. I am also attending college part-time. My husband is NOT concerned about fitness or health like I am, which makes things a bit more difficult. But he is supportive of my goals.
Six years ago I weighed 231 pounds, and decided it was time take care of myself and started a journey to lose 100 pounds. I've maintained an 80 pound weight loss over the last 2 years, and am now at a plateau. I haven't made time to train in the last 6 months, especially since I started school. but cardio alone is no longer working for me. My hope is that Erik will be able to help me reach my goal. I am ready!!
Thanks in advance for your support and advice, because I'm gonna need it. :D
