Hello all I haven't posted over here yet I have been lurking. :cool:

I am posting a generalized copy of my current program I am doing T's 3 day split and carb cycling ( I know this is a training forum)

I am very new to this and I have gotten a ton of great info from these forums and I plan on starting with Thunder as soon as he has time. :clap:

Can you guys just look at it and let me know what you think, my primary goal is fat loss. :train:

I am 5'3" 128lbs and want to lose fat as a primary goal for right now. I figured these at 125lbs just to make it easy, I got my calorie numbers by 12x125 and the dropped it about 100 calories per day so I can eat below maint for fat loss.

Here is what I figured for carb cycling

High Day

Carbs 250g = 1000cal
Prot 156g @ 1.25g per lb =625 cal
Fat 35g = 315 cal

Total Cal 1940

Med Day

Carbs 125g = 500
Prot same
Fat same
Total Cal 1440

Low Day

Carbs under 50
Prot and fat same

Total Cal 1125

The med and high days are hard as I have never eaten that many calories.
