I've been following the LBC page on FB for a few months now. I love it! I found out about this place and wanted to get plugged in fully!
I live in TX (San Antonio), I'm a work at home mom to 2 boys (I'm an Independent Coach for Team Beachbody), and I've just recently gotten into really working out. I just bought new pants as I'm a size 6 for the first time in 3 years. I don't want to get super buffed up (like, competition size) but I'd love to be toned and sexy like that too...did that even make sense?
