Finally a LBC girl!

Hello everyone! My name is Ashlee. I am from Columbus, Ohio, but recently moved to North Carolina with my husband. He is a JAG in the Marine Corps and this is the first of many moves! I have been in the fitness world for a while, but every trainer had unrealistic diets and training...example 2 hours of cardio and no salt, carbs ext. After stalking Erik on facebook, I decided that he was the right fit for me. I am so excited to start this journey with him and all the LBC clients. I finally feel like I can reach the goals I have been trying to achieve for years! Good Luck to everyone on this journey with me!

@Patti: It is great here, but now that I live here it doesn't feel like a vacation spot. You start taking advantage of the beach. You can tell your youngest that is the off season right now, so it is a ghost town and nothing is open. Definitely not the time to party! haha.

@ Jamison: Hi! Go Bucks! I miss Ohio so much! I know I live on the beach, but nothing beats home. I am jealous of you! :thumb:
