Just wondering how you would schedule a 3 day weight training workout if 2 of those days had to be back to back. The workouts are on Tuesday, Thurs, Fri. Would you do 1 full body, then upper/lower and keep it that way for a few weeks at a time? Or would you do it a different way altogether? What would be the most producuctive? Upper/lower/upper one week...lower/upper/lower the next? Curious to see what some of you do. No set goals in mind like gaining strength or competing or anything.

I'd do full-body all three days, and on the back-to-back days go heavy on the first day and light on the second. (The third day would be somewhere in the middle.) Probably would recover better that way than just doing three "normal" workouts.

Thanks for the input!! I've done a circuit with light weights on the 2nd day of my back to back days and went through them quickly so was fatigued! Was wondering what others did for back to back training, so thanks!! I didn't like the idea of not hitting everything 3 days a week!!

My usual weight routine is Mon-Fri ......I work out during my lunch so back to back to back etc all week.
Mon....upper
Tues...lower
Wed...upper
Thurs...lower
Fri ......upper
**will rotate for the next week so I do three lower and then rotate again to do three upper**does that make sense?
