Welcome! I've just contacted Erik as well to be added to his wait list. Can't wait to get started. Way to go staying compliant - those first few days are the toughest once you get the momentum going it seems to get easier.

I haven't actually started with Erik yet but I've started with my compliance as well. Had a few "dicey" moments but worked through them. Too much chocolate at work with Valentine's around the corner - and with Peanut Butter - my weakness -
