Hi Everyone and Merry Christmas,
My name is Cheryl Young, I am starting to eat clean, change my lifestlye and exercise. I havent done much in the past year due to being sick but I recently got a clean bill of health. WOOOOHOOOOOO.
My goals is to do a competition in May or June of 2012 and to become healthier and stronger.
