I'm trying to think of meals that are on plan for me working with Erik (I have a show planned for April, so I really have to stick to it...), but that my picky toddlers will also eat. So far I've come up with "chicken nuggets" made from breast meat cut up, dipped in egg white and coated with ground up fiber one cereal and some spices. It went over , eh, ok. 99% lean ground turkey meatloaf and meatballs, healthy french toast, Greek yogurt (although they won't eat it plain, it needs protein powder or syrup in it to sweeten it for them. Sometimes in the mornings they will eat the egg white creations, but as soon as they see daddy sneaking a bagel or chocolate chip muffin that's all they want. Anyone have any strategies to help my little men eat nutritiously (ideally they would have no idea that they are eating right) so that the foods I could offer them are similar enough to the processed crap
