Hello all,

I am very excited to get started, 2011 was a very up and down year for me. It ended on a down note and I am ready to get it back on the up swing. I lost 30lbs in 90 day days, October 2010 to December 2010. I maintained the lost for 6 months in 2011. Then I was transferred from the Dallas area to Detroit and began working crazy hours and the poor eating habits began once again. I have gained back 25 of 30 pounds. I visited my former facility in Dallas, one of my employees told me about the LBC site. He was is great shape, I was very impressed. So I contacted Erik, the waiting list time period was too long. Which tells you something, Erik recommended Amy. So I took him up on that. I took the before pictures and I was shocked at how I have let myself go. I will push myself with the help of the team here. I will let everyone know when I receive my diet and workout plan. Looking forward to showing off my after pictures. My goal is to become the transformation of the week on the Bodybuilder.com website and to be healthy. (43 years young) :box2: On the path to be lean and mean.

I work with Amy too! I could not wait any longer either! Like you, I have gone up and down more than I want to count and this is a good, healthy way to loose FAT!

Well I finally found my way to your journal, Mr Nard, and where are you?:shrug:
Would love to hear about your workouts, etc.... especially from a guy's perspective.
