As healthy as possible...

makes 2 servings

about 30 pitted fresh red cherries
1tbsp lite margarine
1tbsp splenda
1tbsp rolled oats
1tbsp whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 375 F
melt margarine in saucepan, remove from heat and add remainder of ingredients (except cherries) and stir until a dry crumbly mixture forms.

spray a foil lined pan or little ceramic ramekins with butter flavored spray, pour cherries in and top with crumble mixture. Bake for 20 mins, until cherries are bubbly then put under broiler for 1 min to brown the topping.
