I just did my very first session of HIIT and I also did Erik's full body workout. I finished about 2 hours ago and my legs are already sore. I dread tomorrow. Last time I tried the full body workout I couldn't walk correctly for 6 days. Seriously.
What can I do now or tomorrow (if anything) so that I can move?? :)

Hot bath/hottub. Or alternating hot/cold at this point...starting tomorrow, straight heat. And try to stretch while you're still able to. Tomorrow morning, or even tonight, too, go for a walk...not so much a cardio effort as active recovery, so a gentle stroll is okay.
limp and enjoy the pain.
:p
Some low intensity cardio might help.
I love it when I get that sore!! The worst is when you have to hold on to the wall or something to lower yourself to sit on the toilet!!

Stretch. :) Not sure which training schedule you're on, but even on my "rest" days I still "walk it out" and stretch . . .and do some cardio, etc. . . so that it's not worse the next day when I train harder . . .

That's how I was last time. Not only could I not sit down to pee without just falling onto the tiolet, I walked like I has a stick in my ass. :)
I am way less sore than last time, today. I can walk and sit. A little sore, but it's good. Feels like I did something.
