View Full Version : Preparing for comp after Pregnancy

This question is for all who have done it or any trainers who have succesfully trained someone to do this.

My story:

Currently prego, will have the lil one by Sept 1. (at the very latest) I want to compete next year (thinking of a competition scheduled for around June 9) I would like to do BBing instead of figure, what's the best way to plan this?

Should I begin "bulking" after I have the baby (I also plan on breastfeeding for at least 6mo)? Should I lose the fat I have gained since I have not worked out for nearly my entire pregnancy and bulk and then use my precomp diet as my last cutting phase? What's the best way to go about this? :unsure:
