Sea Scallops - need easy recipes

mom wants easy flavorful scallop recipes. SEA scallops only.

doesnt have to be totally clean either - mom wants FLAVOR..LOL.

no grilling either (too hard for mom to do at the moment) - probably sauteing would be best?

and NO breading -disgusting preferably minimal butter

i've already had pasta this week so thats out.

and soup isnt the easiest to prepare - involves lots of chopping

lol. my mom is sooo difficult sometimes - and I'm just blanking on a good flavorful marianade at the moment - i just dont understand why grilling is so *hard* i her eyes - but whatever

I tink we came upw/ something - its got like 5 ingrediants off of allrecipes.com

something with orange juice and basil and olive oil - i dunno, i'm keeping an open mind tho
