You can also add some red onion, and/or tuna. Sounds yummy.
2T minced fresh sage, or 2tsp dried
4tsp extra virgin olive oil
1T dry white wine
1T white-wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
One 16oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
In a large bowl, whisk the sage, oil, wine, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the beans, toss to coat. Let stand, covered, until the flavors are blended, 1-2 hours.
