HI!

I can relate, I used to love the O2 boards until this one started, and I used to check in there every once in a while, but after someone wrote in about wearing white pants under the "training" section, I had to draw the line!

Anyway, I log in here everyday to learn more, just decided I should be less anti-social and say "Hi everybody!" I'm lucky enough to train with Erik and am grateful for his expertise. One of these days, I WILL see my abs! Currently, I am 113 at 5'4", and my goal is to like I said, see my abs. Probably after that, I would like to add more muscle. Maybe one day I could look half as good as you guys! Thanks for brightening my day, yesterday I almost died laughing about the "fuck me to tears" thread. :funny:

wow, is he sharp or what? I only gave my height and weight, out of probably hundreds of clients. For shits and giggles, maybe all of your clients could post just their height and weight, and you could guess who they are. :lol:
