Training: on
Diet: on

Training: on

Cardio: AM SS
Training: off
Diet: on

Thursday July 20th
Cardio: none
Training: will be done later
Diet: on, 1 meal so far

cardio: HIIT on treadmill
diet: will be on, no cheats
water: only 1L so far :sad:

Saturday 7-22-06
Training: Bench is still at 75 :sad: It's been there for months. Standing DB presses went up to 22.5 :clap:
HIIT: kicked my butt
Diet: Stayed on, no cheats :finger:

Training: Hard. Lunges got up to 60lbs.
