I was at lurker at O2 and Im finally making my first post here. I'm 5'3'' and I weigh 123 and I would like to lose some fat and build stronger muscles. I know I can't really do both at the same time so I'm focusing more on the fat loss for now. And I was thinking about carb cycling, I just didn't know if I set it up right.
Here is how I came up with it:
123 x 15=1845, then I subtracted 300 to get 1545 for the calories.
For protein 123 x 1.25= 153.75
Low Carb Day
Calories: 1347
Protein: 153.75g(615 calories)
Fat: 48g(432 calories)
Carbs: 75g(300 calories)
Medium Carb Day
Calories: 1539
Protein: 153.75g(615)
Fat: 48g(432)
Carbs: 123g(492)
High Carb Day
Calories: 2031
Protein: 153.75g(615)
Fat: 48g(432)
Carbs: 246g(984)
Does this look right?
