Somedays I just don't feel like variety. I want cottage cheese and pb all day. Is that really so wrong?

Well, I wouldn't reccomend cottage cheese and PB all day  But, I think as long as you're eating your fruits and veggies and aren't tired of the way you make them then go for it. I think variety is mostly to help keep you sane.

You should try to get various protein and fat sources daily.

I'm usually on a T plan, but I'm trying to get back on the clean eating wagon (after I wrecked it then set it on fire). Chicken doesn't look appealing, neither does beef. I've been having cc and pb for at least two meals. ::sigh:: I guess I just need to Suck. It. Up.

For 2 meals isn't bad, you've got 4 others for eggs or turkey or protein powder in a pinch.

In my experience, you'll eventually just get tired of it. Don't worry so much right now.

I was thinking the same thing....as long as your macros are correct for the goal you're working for eating the same thing shouldn't be too big a deal in the short term

I am subsisting today on boiled eggs, pp, fish oil, and canned meat. yumm.

I need to go to the store, desperately. the lack of variety is killing my appetite.

I go through days like this. All I want to eat is one certain thing! I know that variety is good, but I usually just eat what it is that I really want because I'll eat something else, then still want that one thing. Of course this doesn't apply to Kit Kat bars and brownies! :finger:
