I have a little question, I was hoping someone could help me with...
I don't know how I did it, but I hurt my wrist...well I guess I shouldn't say wrist, because the pain is in the forearm...
Its not a terrrible "im going to cry" pain, but more so a dull pain/discomfort.
It doesnt hurt to move my hand back and forth so much, but more so to grip something/open close my hand, but once its closed the pain isn't there.
It started yesterday, I put an icy cold patch on it last night before bed and another one this morning... and it has definitly(sp?) gotten better throughout the day.
So I guess the question is... do you think it would it be okay to train if I wraped it and use straps for pulling excercises today...maybe not go as heavy as usual?
Thanks so much!
Ps- heres a little doodle-doo indicating where it hurts. :baby:

I had wrist pain a couple of months ago, although mine was more in my wrist and occurred either when twisting my wrist or holding anything underhand. At any rate, my doctor recommended less weight, Advil and icing.
Keep icing it and do what doesn't hurt.

I will ice it from now, use icyhot patches at night, and try and take it easy.
Have a great evening!
