This so doesn't make since I ate clean just an hour ago and I'm so F' bloated that it hurts to breath. I only ate what Thunder had told me to eat and I'm in alot of pain right now. Does nayone esle have that problem when they eat? I haver only had the problem for about a week now so I don't know whats differant. (oh I don't have a gallblader if that helps)

Clean eating can cause bloating. It depends on what you eat. Strawberries make me 6 months pregnant. Broccoli 7 months. If I chew gum too much, I'm almost in labor!!!! Different foods affect different people. List what you ate, and maybe I can me of some more assistance.

well I don't know if Erik would like it but it was just the same that I had ate before.

Will neves do it too? Since hubby just left for Iraq and all and it started when I was getting a little stress about the whole deployment.

Maybe it has to do with your cheat fest... If I eat something off plan, I am usually trashed for a couple days afterwards.

For me, culprits in order:

1. any type of SF candies or malodextrin
2. lots of brocolli
3. too much veggies at once

Yea you suck in extra air while chewing the gum and it bloats you. Some people experience more problems than others.

Yep Beano is usually found near the antacid section.

Me too! That is the only thing that saves me from cheating sometimes. So is 4 packs a day too much? J/K but I probably chew at least one pack of orbit a day and never thought about it causing my bloating problem.

I finally had to give up gum (I was addicted to Orbit's Sweet Mint!). I really believe it was causing my bloating...plus it has sugar alcohols which don't help the situation.

as far as I know...my whole life I have no food allergies or anything like that, and I get SUPER bloated when I have too much of the following:

-Fresh Mushrooms (but I love them so much!)
-Fresh Brocolli, (if I microwave first, not so bad)
-Popcorn!!!
-Too many egg whites at one sitting
-Fresh Cauliflower, (steamed is OK)
-Going overboard on Green beans
