Am I supposed to increase the weight with each set or keep it the same? also what intensity lvl should the weights be at? In other words how do i know I am going heavy enough? Do i strive to increase weight every week?
i just went through the whole sticky and couldn't find anything about it.

The reps required dictate the weight selected.

Increase when your strength allows for it. Some exercises will improve faster than others.

I would add that it depends what type of diet situation you are in - I find it hard to increase my lifts significantly during strict dieting, (but some folks seem to be able to get stronger regardless.)
