Anybody get them? I tend to get them on low days (0 carbs) since i've started carb cycling. Usually take an aspirin but wonder if perhaps someone has something similar.

Carb withdrawl. My husband had it pretty bad.

I never got them, so can't help you there.

Yeah, I get them sometimes - Usually while training on the first days of going from "normal" to low carb.

For some reason I get more hungry the day AFTER a low carb day. My low carb days are around 50g though....
Have some oats in the morning-might help.

Thanks- never thought of it that way.
Two of my low days follow a high day, a huge contrast. Will it make a difference if I schedule my Medium days before a low day- less of a shock to the system?

I had read some people have that on alow day. I think I will start doing that and see what happens.

you can have some carbs on low days, hell, adding a bowl of oatmeal in the morning might make a world of difference.

Low carbs = diuresis = potential headache. Perhaps try more water on low carb days?

I never feel hydrated if I'm low carb (like no direct carbs, not just sorta low carb) for more than one day at a time. And it's not for lack of drinking water...when I've paid attention, I've had 1.5gallon or so in a day. More on training days, but those at least have PWO carbs, so I'm just making it until then when I feel more hydrated.
