What the heck is that? That little rectangle under my location is grey and when I put my cursor over it it says, "disabled reputation". And what are the scales in the top corner for?

Have you turned it on in your Options?

You need to turn it on in your control panel....to sum up user reputation....if you like someone's post, give them green rep...if you wanna be a bitch...give 'em red rep :p
