So what if someone only did intense sprint workouts 4-5 times a week and didn't actually do weight training? What would this do to the physique? I am not contemplating this at all, I was just mulling silly ideas in my head and wondered what the consequence of it would be...

4( 2 morning/2 evening)+4 ( 2 morning/2 evening)

i don't understand the purpose of the question to be honest. IMO, if someone were to do this, they'd me an idiot. that is all.

My total guess - if they were in sub maintenance calories, they would develop a body similar to a marathon runner
